Being a first time home buyer is an exciting experience that can sometimes be overwhelming. The biggest problem is not having enough cash flow to pay for down payment and closing cost. Green Money: The Best Kind
I have been drooling over the idea of new windows in my Hillcrest home(beautiful, but not energy efficient) and this just might be the time to take the plunge into saving energy/ Or tankless water heater, also on the 'I Want' list: till 2010 you can receive 30% of the cost of installation on going green(cap @ 1500)
